As Matrix Gas, our mission is to establish ourselves as the preferred supplier of natural gas aggregation to Indian downstream customers. We have concrete plans in place to source gas on a medium to long-term basis, ensuring a reliable and consistent supply for our customers' needs. Our expertise lies in developing flexible offtake contracts that cater to the specific sourcing requirements of our clients, granting them the freedom to choose weekly or fortnightly supply terms and providing flexibility in take or pay and LC requirements.

Matrix Gas has developed Gas aggregation business with volumes of 85 mmscm till March’23.
Matrix has successfully sourced Long Term Gas [1 Year] in recent bid auctions from Vedanta[RJ Block] & Reliance[CBM-MP Block].
Matrix has been empaneled with majority of Industrial Customers and CGDs for supply of Gas.

Chirag is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the integrated energy value chain of the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in LNG and Natural Gas. Throughout his career, he has excelled in functions such as business development, contracts, regulation, and marketing. Chirag has held significant positions at renowned organizations including GSPC, Gujarat Gas, Adani Total Private Limited, and Indian Gas Solutions (a joint venture between Reliance and British Petroleum). With a strong background in both technical and commercial aspects, Chirag holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, making him a versatile and highly skilled entrepreneur.
Mrs. Disha Chirag Kotecha is a Non-Executive Director and the Promoter of the Company. She holds a Master’s in commerce and a diploma certificate in Computer Science. Also, has experience of 7 years in the field of finance and accounts.
Mr. Arun Menon is an Independent Director of the Company. He has a degree of Bachelor's in Engineering (Computer Science) and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Marketing and has experience of 25 years in the Banking & Wealth Management Industries.
Mr. Gaurav Kharbanda is an Independent Director of the Company. He has 15 years of expertise in the financial and IT industries and a degree of Master's in Business Administration in Finance & IT.
